This type of laser resurfacing can reduce visible wrinkles and acne scars by more than half. It excellently improves fine lines, skin texture and reduces problematic pigmentation. It also reduces recovery time by at least half compared to traditional Co2 lasers.
During a single procedure, we combine the energy of the ablative Co2 laser with radiofrequency energy, which penetrates into the deeper layers without significantly damaging the skin. These factors contribute to significantly better results and faster healing.
Clients with:
- Scars after acne.
- Hyperpigmentation of the skin.
- Fine surface wrinkles.
- Skin with pores and oily skin.
- Circles and wrinkles under the eyes.
- Rejuvenation of dehydrated (wrinkled) and aging skin, when we talk about non-invasive resurfacing - rejuvenation of the skin without the use of a scalpel.
The anesthetic cream is applied to the area to be treated for about 60 minutes. It numbs the skin for a short time. Painkillers or sedatives may also be used for more sensitive people. After the skin is numbed, the area is treated gradually by area.
Duration of treatment: a complete treatment takes about 20-30 minutes. The duration of the treatment depends on the size of the treated area, the density of the laser beams and the depth of penetration of the beam into the skin.
The final effect takes place in two phases:
1st phase: Immediately after the procedure - when the skin is applied.
2nd phase: Comes after 3-6 months, when the new collagen is formed - which leads to an effect called lifting - elastic skin.
The number of treatments is individual and depends on the "start-up" look of the skin - the depth of scars or wrinkles, the amount and depth of pigmentation, the age of the client and, of course, the effect the client wants to achieve. Most of the time a single treatment is enough, but for a better and more obvious effect sometimes 2 or 3 treatments are needed.
You may feel a slight burning sensation during and after the gentler laser treatments, but the treatment does not require a longer recovery period. The next day you can comfortably switch to your classic routine. Creams with UV factor are a daily part of the skin care after laser.
With a fractional laser, the skin turns red immediately after the procedure, you will feel a burning sensation like after a sunburn. One or two days after the procedure, you may experience slight swelling of the skin, especially around the eyes. After two days, dark crusts will form and gradually peel off. This process takes about 7 days and you should stay at home during the treatment.
Youlaser MT combines Co2 ablative laser energy and radiofrequency energy in a single procedure.
By combining both energies, we achieve a more pronounced effect than with the previously used Co2 ablative laser, and at the same time, the radiofrequency energy penetrates deeper layers without significantly damaging the skin. These factors also contribute to faster healing.
Do not touch the treated areas for the first 24 hours, except for normal hygiene, skin cleansing and application of the recommended SPF 50+ creams. Also, avoid any physical activity.
We recommend visiting a beauty salon, sauna, solarium or using botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid no earlier than 2 weeks after treatment. Avoid direct sunlight for up to 3 months after laser treatment.
A common reaction to the treatment is redness, swelling, blisters, burns, superficial wounds, rattling, itching, burning, sensations or pain in the treated areas, which will spontaneously disappear within a week if healing is problem-free.
The client must inform his doctor, who prescribes the necessary therapy, of any side effects that last longer than a week. In extreme cases, this therapy can last for several months.
Especially after the fractional skin resurfacing treatment, the following points should be observed:
Within 6 hours after treatment, burning, itching, redness, oozing and slight bleeding may occur at the treatment sites. Apply tiles on them - rape, chamomile or boric water.
On the second day after treatment, swelling, especially in the area of the upper and lower eyelids, and the gradual formation of rales are normal. A strong feeling of tightness of the skin is also common. Treat it 2-3 times a day with boric water and then apply an epithelializing cream (Cicaplast, Cicaderma, Cicalfate).
On the 2nd to 10th day after treatment, the rattles gradually fall off (do not pull them off forcefully, but let them fall off spontaneously), the swelling disappears. Continue the treatment with boric water and epitalizing cream.
You will not feel sensitive skin until a few weeks after the treatment, persistent redness is also normal. Apply the cream with SPF 50+ several times a day and gradually start grading your usual cosmetic products.
