ENVY clinic offers several types of the acid, which differ in their cross-linking ability and thus in the duration of the effect.
Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid is used for rehydration of the skin in the form of mesolift mesotherapy, cross-linked acid is used for filling - a double cross-linked in the area of fine wrinkles, around the eyes or bags under the eyes, triple and more cross-linked acid is used for filling deeper wrinkles.
By using the hyaluronic acid injection technique, nose scratches (wrinkles that extend from the root of the nose to the corners of the mouth) and wrinkles between the eyebrows (glabela), around the eyes, forehead or mouth can be effectively removed. The procedure is minimally painful. During this treatment, we use mesotherapeutic types of acids suitable for filling wrinkles, moisturizing the face and strengthening its surface.
PROCEDURE: Specially designed syringes with thin needles are used for the application, which do not leave any traces after the injection. The procedure is painless and is performed under local anesthesia. With 3 – 4 injections, a small amount of the acid is introduced into each wrinkle.
Contouring or beautification balances the proportions of the face. Thanks to the sophisticated method of applying hyaluronic acid to bone structures such as cheekbones, chin and nose, we can soften imperfections and restore volume that is lost with age. Younger clients also lose volume. By systematically and gently returning it to the areas where it was originally present, we slow down aging as a preventative measure. We can even out the profile, especially by filling in the chin. We can correct the imperfections of the nose that many clients worry about but are afraid of surgery. It is a method for which there are no clear rules and is suitable for everyone, regardless of age.
PROCEDURE: The doctor carefully draws the parts of the face that need to be filled or sculpted. An appropriate amount of hyaluronic acid is applied to the area to be treated. The application is done with an electronically controlled pen, a hollow needle called a cannula, or a conventional needle. The choice of the material and the selection of the appropriate application tool is the responsibility of the dermatologist, who takes into account not only the place of application but also the desired effect, e.g. whether he/she wants to lift the facial area only or also fill its volume. The procedure is only slightly painful due to the special method of application. HA Acid contains an anesthetic.
With hyaluronic acid, we can adjust the shape of the nose without using a scalpel. We use harder types of acids that are used for modeling. They have specially modified molecules and therefore do not melt and keep their shape wonderfully. The effect of the procedure is immediately visible and the result is a leveling of the nose, lifting the tip of the nose. The back part of the nose (eagle nose or nostril) can also be adjusted.
PROCEDURE: Hyaluronic acid is carefully applied with a needle to selected parts of the nose. The acid is absorbed more slowly in the affected areas, so the effect lasts for several years. This procedure may or may not be part of contouring.
The 3D lifting is the application of HA acid to specific areas of the face and aims to support sagging contours to achieve a more youthful appearance. In this way, we reduce imperfections. Unlike contouring (beautification), where we primarily harmonize the profile of the face, in 3D lifting we first rejuvenate it and restore volume where it has been lost or is being lost. The procedure is practically painless and can be extended individually.
PROCEDURE: It is important to consult in order to match the client's ideas and the doctor's recommendations. Prior to the procedure, the areas of the face to be sculpted or filled are thoroughly drawn. Then, the correct types of hyaluronic acid are prepared in the appropriate areas. They are applied with specially modified cannulas – thin, long hollow needles with a blunt end.
We sculpt the contours of the face, we create round, raised cheeks where they were in younger years and faded with a rounder chin, or we can correct and even out an uneven nose.
Circles under the eyes can occur for a variety of reasons - fatigue, insufficient blood flow to the skin, or an unhealthy lifestyle. Often, dark circles can also be hereditary. At first they appear in the corners of the eyes, later they widen, making the eyes look sad, tired and also quite indistinct thanks to the dark color of the circles.
PROCEDURE: Haluronic acid is administered with a fine insulin syringe or cannula, depending on the type of acid and the condition of the eye area. Acids are used in the eye area and are not allowed to draw water. The skin there is extremely sensitive and no blister can form. This type of acid can effectively fill an area without causing swelling or bagging.
The procedure is only mildly painful – dark circles filling products contain lidocaine, an anesthetic that reduces pain and provides optimal comfort during application. Results are visible immediately after application and last for an average of 12 months (clinical trial results).
There are no universal formulas for both methods, what is important is the sense of detail and aesthetic sensation. The filling material is hyaluronic acid, which is placed directly into the lips and, unlike other acids, minimises the formation of swelling and nodules. Volumization evens out asymmetries, increases volume and shapes the lips. They will be soft, supple and natural.
PROCEDURE: The procedure is usually divided into two applications. In the first one we apply half or 2/3 ampoule. The second application usually takes place after two weeks when the rest of the material is pricked in. For some clients, the material is applied all at once.
Immediately after the procedure, the pin is slightly swollen. Expect complete swelling and "settling" of the material within about 2 weeks.
Hydrating lips and fillers are two different things. If you have dry, cracked lips, the problem is insufficient hydration, that is, watering the body. The skin loses elasticity, the lips become red and dryness occurs. You can not get rid of it by filling it up with acid, the problem is in the skin. We can help by applying the finest acid, which is hydrophilic and decongests the lips, making them look more hydrated. However, the problem of the skin remains, it needs to be hydrated from inside and outside. Hydration refers to adding volume to the grabbed, inverted lips that lose flexibility and volume with age, but clients do not want augmentation, just anti-ageing or contour lifting due to smoker's lines.
Lips with a trend technique aimed at lifting red lips and not adding unnatural volume. We apply the acid with several punctures perpendicular to the line of the lips and pull from the center to the edges, thus increasing the pencil more in height than in volume, pull out the red, fold out the pencil.
They are best suited for women with naturally full lips. Narrow lips should be volumized gradually. This method is not suitable for every client, especially if it is poorly applied, there is too much hem on the edge of the red lips and they look puffy. It is completely unsuitable for ladies with narrow lips. In such cases we recommend half-Russian lips. We pull out cupid's bow – heart, for maximum three punctures and volumize with the others. It is important to avoid a large volume on the sides, because then sausage lips are formed. If we fill a large volume in the middle, a beak can form.
By applying a special hyaluronic acid, the cannulation technique can make the protruding veins disappear and restore fullness and youthfulness to the skin of the hands.
The procedure is fast and very effective. We apply the hyaluronic acid with a cannula into the depressions on the back of the hands with a single puncture. Since a local anesthetic is used, the procedure is painless and the patient feels only a slight pressure at the application site. The entire procedure takes about 30 – 40 minutes. Bruising may occur at the injection site.
Inflammation, herpes infections on the face, bacterial, viral or other febrile diseases, taking blood thinners - severe bruising may occur.
Other aesthetic procedures at the application site – chemical peeling, intense pulsed light, radiofrequency.
Direct sunlight should be avoided for two weeks after the application.
Do not touch treated areas for the first 24 hours, except for normal skin care and cleansing. Avoid any physical activity or excessive facial expressions in the treated area.
Avoid direct sunlight for at least one week after treatment.
We recommend visiting a beauty salon, sauna, solarium or laser treatment no earlier than 2 weeks after treatment. If the treatment was performed on the lower part of the face (cheeks, carriage, chin, etc.), we recommend undergoing dental treatment or dental care no earlier than 2 weeks after the treatment (unless it is an emergency).
A common reaction to the treatment is redness, swelling, bruising, itching or pain at the injection site, which disappears spontaneously after 2 – 4 days without treatment. Tissue may harden or a lump may form at the injection site. In rare cases, a change in skin color at the injection site has been observed.
The client must inform his doctor, who prescribes the necessary therapy, about any side effects that last longer than a week. In extreme cases, these effects may last for several months.
