Nucleotides or polynucleotides (PDRNs) are biopolymers, just like hyaluronic acid. They consist of elements of two different nucleic acids, DNA and RNA, which are extracted from the milk of trout, salmon or sturgeon. The DNA structure of the milk of these fish is most similar to the DNA of human leukocytes. The polynucleotides stimulate the regeneration processes, increase the synthesis of elastin, collagen and non-collagen molecules. It supports optimal hydration and protects against UVA and UVB radiation. In our clinic, we use the Nucleofill, which contains neither sugar nor proteins, thus minimizing the risk of allergies.
We apply 1 ml of the Nucleofill to the treated area. The procedure is only slightly painful, the eye area is treated with an anesthetic cream before application. There may be slight diffuse swelling after the treatment, and small bruises and redness may occur after the injections. Usually, you can return to normal life immediately after the procedure. Do not forget to use creams with a high sun protection factor.
We recommend 2 to 4 treatments at intervals of 2 to 4 weeks.
The results are already visible after the first application.
