During the procedure, tiny points are created on your skin using the IQ plasma technology. These points are 0,5 mm apart which means you are perfectly able to move your eyelids all throughout your procedure. Each of the points causes the epidermis to evaporate without damaging the base of the dermis, without bleeding and without harming the surrounding tissue. The treatment is completed in about 20 minutes and the points, only as small as 1 mm in diameter, disappear after a week. The treatment doesn’t cause inflammation or necrosis of surrounding tissue. Before the treatment, local anaesthetics are applied.

Small stains remain on the skin for up to 5 or 7 days. On the second or third day a slight swelling of the area may appear. After the scab is removed, the skin may be slightly irritated for a week or two. To help regenerate the skin, it’s certainly a good idea to use cream during this period.

Based on the state of your skin, we suggest one to three treatments within a four week period. Based on our experience, we can confirm that most clients have experienced visible improvement after a single procedure.
